We like to give you options. With our buyback service, you can get your process started with either a phone call, email, Whatsapp, or even a visit to one of our locations.
All you need to do is call us to book your same-day appointment. If same-day doesn’t work for you, feel free to set a time that does. Our team at Love Luxury works with you closely at all times. It’s what we’re known for.
A FRESH APPROACH
We all know how busy life is, your time is very valuable, so is ours. If you’d like to know what we would be willing to offer prior to coming into our boutique store or buying suite, then why not send us pictures and descriptions of your items outlining any issues with the condition.
Our expert team of appraisers will view your pictures and give you a ‘subject to inspection’ offer that’ll be too good to refuse. Saving you time when you come in and sell to us.
You then have 28 days to come and pay the previously agreed upon buyback price for your item. Please note, that not all buyback prices are the same due to the fact that each is considered strictly based on the actual item you’re exchanging for cash.
Just make sure whether we come to you or you come to us you have 2 valid forms of ID, these can be:
- 1 of either a passport or driving licence
- 1 of any of the following, bank statement, utility bill, rent statement, credit card statement, council tax bill, benefits letter or NHS letter, but must be dated within the last 3 month otherwise they are not valid.
- The address on BOTH items MUST be the same, as must the name.
